2nd District 309 Lions convention in Singapore.
Welcome Message by Convention Organising Chairperson
Dear Fellow Lions,
The supreme authority of LCI District 309 is vested in the Convention on Saturday 26th April 2025 presided over by our District Governor Shirley Lee.
This is our Annual General Meeting when Lions delegates come together for a Business Meeting to authorise and approve matters as well as to endorse and elect District Officers for 2025/26.
This Convention will end off with a Gala Banquet Dinner when all delegates come together for fun and fellowship.
It is also where we will congratulate the newly elected and endorsed Candidates while we enjoy fabulous entertainment.
Our Event will be held for the full day from 8.30am to 10.30pm in One Farrer Hotel.
Please register early and let’s have a wonderful 2nd D309 Convention in Singapore.

Message by District Governor D309
It gives me great pleasure to extend my warmest greetings and welcome to all Lions attending the 2nd District 309 Lions convention held on 26th April 2025 at One Farrer Hotel, Singapore.
The District Lions convention is an important Lions annual event that offers you the opportunity to express your opinions and participate in deciding on important district financial and other matters, to elect your future Lions leaders and also to discuss common Lions issues and services that are close to the hearts of Lions members. As such, your participation demonstrates your enthusiasm and commitment to Lionism and your desire to make a difference in your own district.
Here, I would like to express my heartfelt thanks and congratulations to the Convention Organising Chairman Past District Governor Ho Sum Kwong and his hardworking Committee for their boundless enthusiasm and determination to bring about a most successful Convention.
Lastly, I wish all delegates at the Convention to have a great and an enjoyable time on 26th April 2025.
