DLTI is organising its first Club Leadership Advancement Program in Mandarin on 7 and 8 December, 2024.

Cost : $ 100 per participant; includes lunches, tea breaks, course materials and certificate

DLTI specially designs this course with reference to LCI’s Emerging Lions Leadership Institute (ELLI) curriculum. The main objective is to nurture and develop Lions leaders and Lions who aspire to be leaders at Clubs/District levels. This 2-day workshop will cover the following topics:
- Fundamentals of Lionism & Change Management
- Leadership
- Goal Setting & Action Planning
- Team Building
- Effective Communication
- Conduct Effective Meeting
- Problem-Solving (Case Study)
This workshop is a heavily subsidised program by District 309 and is limited to 25 participants for this intake. Each club can register more than one participant, but priority will be given to one member per club, subject to 25 participants at the closing date.
