OUR DISTRICT GOVERNOR

District Governor Lion Singa Retnam has been a Lion for more than 30 years. In all this time, he has gained invaluable experience in the many aspects of Lionism, having held many important posts at Club and District levels. Lion Singa has consistently shown complete dedication to the Lions Movement. He is active in its many and varied activities. He is also a Melvin Jones Fellow. Lion Singa is a Barrister-at-Law, Notary Public, Advocate & Solicitor and Consultant at M/s Kertar & Co.

Married for the past 42 years to Judy Yap. They have two children, Lloyd is a lecturer at Temasek Polytechnic and Lorna graduated from Queens Mary’s College, London University, with a LLB Honors degree.
